Bivouac Adventure Lodge
Welcome to Bivouac Adventure Lodge, a haven where the thrill of the outdoors converges with the art of crafting exceptional hard cider. By day, our space transforms into a dynamic co-working hub, fostering collaboration among local entrepreneurs. As the sun sets, Bivouac Adventure Lodge hosts enchanting events, from moon circles to soul-soothing sound baths, creating a magical atmosphere. Inspired by the glamping concept, our tone-on-tone aesthetics and cozy yurt-inspired design invite you to unwind and connect with nature. As a women-powered craft beverage company, we celebrate diversity, empowerment, and the spirit of adventure. Beyond offering delicious craft beverages, the lodge is a hub for community, creativity, and positive change—a place where every adventure is embraced and shared.

Salon de auDevie
A private brandy lounge nestled within Bivouac Ciderworks. Inspired by the sophistication of Gertrude Stein's 1920s Paris salon, this intimate space exudes an undeniable allure. The custom wallpaper, a visual ode to the iconic San Diego Botanical Building, sets the scene for an experience that transcends time. As you enter, the air is steeped in a sense of mystery and sophistication, creating an ambiance that is both luxurious and inviting. The sexy vibe of Salon de auDevie beckons guests to savor the finest brandies and revel in the company of kindred spirits in an atmosphere that beautifully marries history and modern allure.

Coronado Residence
Experience the remarkable metamorphosis of this living and dining space, where a once dark and heavy ambiance has blossomed into a light and airy haven reflecting the epitome of the California lifestyle. Shedding the original deep red wood tones, the space now features a chic wood panel system and bleached walnut floors, enveloping the room in warmth and tranquility. Tailored to the needs of our avid entertainer clients, the design exudes a cozy and welcoming atmosphere, ensuring every guest feels at home. The outcome is a beach-inspired living room, effortlessly embodying the relaxed and laid-back essence of the California way of life.
